Focus areas include real estate, construction, insurance, class actions, and other emotional or difficult cases.
Mr. Argue has over 25 years of experience in construction disputes, mediation and arbitration, and has successfully mediated over 450 construction cases to settlement and served as lead arbitrator on over 200 cases. He was the head of the construction litigation department for Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves and Savitch LLP, where he represented both
large developer defendants and plaintiffs in construction defect cases. Most notably, he represented the plaintiffs in AAS v. Superior Court which was appealed to the California Supreme Court and changed the recovery of damages in construction defect cases.
